Today’s going to be a quick one since I need to get up early and work out tomorrow…

I was recently introduced to a site which can bring a little happiness, positivity and gratitude into our lives. And in my opinion those are things that will help us in all areas of our lives; be it fitness, relationships, school etc.

The site’s called GratitudeLog and it’s basically a mix between Twitter and Facebook, only you write what you’re grateful for. I’ve started to use it and it has made me a lot more aware of all the great little things in my life that make me feel good.
